I P C plast spol. s r.o. collects and processes the following common personal data: basic identification data and contact details of our customers, i.e. name, surname, title, address, ID No., VAT ID, telephone, e-mail.
For what purposes does I P C plast spol. s r.o. use and process personal data?
I P C plast spol. s r.o. processes personal data without the consent of clients for the purpose of fulfilling a legal obligation, negotiating a contract and fulfilling a contract, and by virtue of the legitimate interest of the data controller (direct marketing of own products, sending commercial communications). Personal data are processed in electronic form using computer technology or in paper form.
How long does I P C plast spol. s r.o. process the data?
I P C plast spol. s r.o. processes personal data depending on the purpose for the duration of any contractual relationship and for another 10 years after the termination of the last contractual relationship with I P C plast spol. s r.o., or until consent to the processing of data has been withdrawn.
Do we have to provide personal data to I P C plast spol. s r.o.?
The provision of personal data, like the conclusion of a contract with I P C plast spol. s r.o., is voluntary. However, some data are necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations when concluding a contract for the supply of goods or the provision of a service, and without some data, I P C plast spol. s r.o. cannot provide the required supply of goods or provision of a service. We process data that you have provided to us in connection with negotiations on the conclusion of a contract for the supply of goods or services.
How does I P C plast spol. s r.o. ensure the protection of personal data?
Personal data are under constant physical, electronic and procedural control and I P C plast spol. s r.o. has control, technical and security mechanisms ensuring maximum protection of processed data against unauthorized access or transmission, against their loss or destruction, as well as against other possible misuse. All persons who come into contact with clients’ personal data in the course of fulfilling their work or contractually assumed obligations are bound by a contractual obligation of confidentiality.
To whom does I P C plast spol. s r.o. provide or transfer personal data?
I P C plast spol. s r.o. transfers personal data to state authorities if this obligation is stipulated by law and further if it is necessary to protect the rights of I P C plast spol. s r.o. I P C plast spol. s r.o. may entrust the processing of data to a third party, so-called processor. Processing is only possible on the basis of a concluded contract, which obliges the processor to the same degree of data protection as I P C plast spol. itself provides. s r.o. The data may thus be transferred to suppliers providing services to I P C plast spol. s r.o. consisting in sending mail and IT services.
What are your rights in relation to the processing and transfer of personal data?
In accordance with applicable legislation, you can exercise your rights as data subjects. You have the right to access to the personal data that we process about you, the right to portability of selected personal data directly to another controller and the right to request correction of personal data. You can request the erasure of personal data, or restriction of their processing, unless it is necessary to continue processing them for the fulfillment of legal obligations or if they are needed so that we can continue to provide you with services. What are your options for restricting the processing and transfer of personal data?
In the event that I P C plast spol. s r.o. processes personal data on the basis of your consent, you can withdraw this consent at any time. In the event that your data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you can object to such processing. We will evaluate each such objection and inform you of the result.
